Very good, it was my wife and my first time here and we loved it!

Outstanding Breakfast! We were driving through as HUNGRY as we could possibly be and this place was definitely on point!.... I also must add that was the BEST corned beef hash I have ever eaten and we all left stuffed like a Christmas Turkey!

Best place to get breakfast in Dahlonega. This place is always slammed. If you don't get here early, you are probably going to have a wait. The staff is out of the world and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met. The food is always spectacular. Parking is a little tight, so bring a small car. They honor a military discount. :)

If you want home cooking, some of the best shrimp and grits you’ve ever had, coffee that’s strong as tar and dark as asphalt, and and expansive menu with everything from fried oysters to country fried steak, then this is the place for you. Every bite you might risk a coronary but boy is it worth it. All served to you by the friendliest staff with a smile on their face. The place is crazy busy in the mornings and the grill closes at 2:45 but the service is always fast and the food is reasonably priced. Perfect for a family breakfast, or to treat a wicked hangover.

My wife and I both got the chicken livers. Cooked just right, most places over cook them. Service was great also. Will go there again for sure. Had so much food brought enough home for supper.

My favorite place to go for a hearty breakfast and a fun conversation with the friendly staff. The owner and the servers make their customers feel like family, and the food can't be beat. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee, a warm friendly chat with a server, and have your own personal space heater at the counter on a bitterly cold day. Casual dining at its friendliest and best.

Absolutely THE BEST blueberry pancakes I’ve ever eaten!!! The staff were extremely kind and the service was great!!!! Highly recommend!

My brother is from Dahlonega and while visiting him we went to eat at foothill grill. It was pretty good, we split a cheese steak. Yum!!

If the parking lot is always full that's a good indication that a restaurant t might be worth the wait!Stopped in for a late breakfast and they were pretty packed. Didn't have to wait too long for a table. Menu has good variety but still simple and easy. We had pancakes w blueberries, biscuits and bacon. Portions were very generous, fresh blueberries were huge, bacon was perfectly cooked and biscuits were very good. Even though they were busy the service was top notch! Didn't hover but always seemed to be there when we needed anything. Prices are very reasonable.We will definitely be back next time...or every time... we are in town!

We are new to Dahlonega and have eaten here on several occasions. Every single time we have had excellent service and amazing food! This is our favorite place hands down and I highly recommend it to anyone. They have something for everyone on their menu. I am personally a vegetarian and they have customized certain items for me and their veggie burger is awesome too! The servings are more than enough food and the prices are very fair. Great place!

Great breakfast!! But there was no heat! It was in 30's outside, and no heat inside. We will not be back during winter months.

Exactly what I'm looking for in a local joint. The food was spot-on! Fresh, large portion and a great value. I got the jerk mahi mahi with fries and okra, and it was killer. My wife got a chicken salad sandwich, and our son got chicken tenders. The staff for super friendly and accommodating. I'll be back with the fam for sure!

Fantastic food at an unbeatable price

Very good home cooking place, even my kids chicken fingers you could tell we're battered and made fresh not frozen. I had the shrimp and grits and my Bride had veg omelet both were very good.

The service and food is always great!

THE place to go for Sunday (or any day) breakfast. They're so friendly and the food is good. We go as early as possible, because this place fills up fast - and for good reason.

The owners were there serving and chatting up the customers. Nice little local place that serves the Dahlonega college crowd. I hit the place with a hangover and man do they have the cure! Generous portions of home cooked favorites, omeletes, french toast you name it. The worst thing about the place was having to choose just one thing!

My first experience was not great. Food came out at all different times. Some was cold. But as I tried again and again. It grew on me. That dang BARBS SANDWHICH is ******* fantastic. My goodness. Plus they have always been friendly. Maybe on my first visit I'd give them a 3 but now trying more stuff it's a 5 all the way!!

Great food, friendly and fast service, loved the fried chicken livers dinner, very tasty, not dry and took home enough for another meal. The hamburger was delicious, with all fresh fixin's. We only wish the parking wasn't so tight. We will be back.

Breakfast for lunch. Country fried steak, hash browns, eggs, and biscuit and gravy. Served fast and friendly and tasted great! And holy cow on the cinnamon rolls! Had to take one home for the kids. Will be back for sure, well done.

This food was great, I had the "Country Fried Stake" and it was very good. The customer service was on par and they were all wearing mask to protect others. Over all I definitely suggest you check them out. (This review was written during the COVID19 Pandemic)

Oh my goodness!! I had a bacon and cheese omlet...out of this world delishious!! So much bacon..perfect! Hash browns were crispy perfection! Our coffee cups were kept full and the service made us feel right at home. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! Thank you Foothill Grill for a wonderful breakfast💕

We have been coming here for the last ten years and the food and service has always been great. The people are always friendly and the servings are very large and delicious. Simply put, you can't go wrong by going here. You will always leave full and very, very happy.

Super, super food. Fabulous service

No frills country diner. Love that they serve breakfast all day however we went at 2 and they were out of grits and biscuits which was disappointing. Portions are huge and very reasonable. The three cheese omelet was stuffed with cheese! Only complaint was there were a lot of flies inside the restaurant. Had to throw away half my omelet bc a fly landed in it. Otherwise I would highly recommend if you want a yummy big country meal.

Breakfast here is so good. Do yourself a favor and get a cinnamon roll.

We were in from out of town, stopped here as were passing through because we were looking for a place that had all day breakfast and lunch. Friendly, good service, food was excellent. Fried chicken sandwich was huge and very good, pancakes were fluffy and had a great flavor, grits were cooked just right. I would strongly recommend this place.
